Leane Charett Yopp, Criminal Defense Attorney Paralegal, assists in advocating for the rights of those accused of felonies, serious misdemeanors, and traffic violations.

Leane was born and raised in Connecticut.  She has been living in Virginia for 22 years.  She is married with 2 children, and 3 grandchildren. She has worked in the legal field since 1986.  Leane has worked with Dave Rhodes for 10 plus years.

Her resposibililities include but are not limited to the following:

• Office manager
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Answers phones
• Handles correspondence
• Screens new and potential clients
• Handles scheduling
• Creates, manages, and handles legal documentation
• Handles all other paralegal duties and responsibilities
